request for program to continue running core

[utzoo!decvax!harpo!seismo!uwvax!aaron]

I am looking for a program to continue running a process from the core
image.   I was told such a program appeared on the net in the last
6 months.  Would someone send me either a copy of the program
or directions on how to find the archived original.
