apology to Unix Hotline

The 'yacc and lex bugs' article in net.bugs.usg also includes an
apology to the Unix Hotline -- I jumped the gun by accusing them
of slow MR handling before having the MR mechanism and the status
of my yacc(1) MR checked first.
