What's rdm? (A request for a better v/readnews interface)

rdm stands for ReaD Mail, and it's the Unix interface we use at U.C.L.A.

It assumest that your mailbox is a file where each message is separated
from others bye a line containing ^A^A.

I didn't know rdm is not 'standard'; I've used it since I use Unix.
