A little help for those with Phantas

This is NOT a flame!!!

Just a little bug I ran across with the update for setfiles:

I had to recast the ((int) RAND) for my system with a ((double) RAND),
otherwise my double random numbers were usually larger than your
integer ones  (my random numbers can beat up your random numbers?  :-) )
