z80 assembler and C compiler that runs on unix wanted

I need a z80 assembler that produces Intel hex format and a 
C compiler that generates 8080, z80 or Intel hex format.

Please send me any information you may have.

I have a 6809 or 8080 assembler that could be used intrade. (both
written in C by me for a class project, ie very well tested )
