u-EMACS

In regard to the recent posting of u-EMACS; I got it running with very
little trouble, however, it would be nice to have a user's manual since
it does not function like the EMACSes I know.  Also, there are some 
missing files: for the Rainbow for instance.  If anyone has these files,
please post them.
