PWRITE for System III/V/Xenix 3.0

And am now testing it in the System III universe. Soon I will get it up under
Xenix 3.0 (I will simplify the code a bit by using rdchk() and avoiding the
nasty kludges to get select() working under sys3); and, from the way things
are looking, I will soon get a chance to test it under System V (but that
is a subject for net.unix and possibly net.flame; we just got burned by a
certain DBMS company which decided that its buggy System III version of
their product will be replaced only by a System V version...).
When I am sure it is working, I will post it to the net. Note that the version
I post will no longer be 4.{2,3} compatible, most likely. (I'll let you know
when I post it.)
