Posted "df" program for DOS not working

Greetings once again from the now sunny North!

About a month ago, a version of the UNIX utility "df" for DOS was
posted.  After downloading the sources using two different versions
of Kermit (2.27 and 2.29), I find that typing df hangs the system.
Are there PC-DOS version restrictions for this utility?  Maybe
I just got a bad copy... Has anyone else in net land gotten df to
work properly?  Comments regarding df would be appreciated.  If
a working copy is available, would someone please uuencode it and
mail it to me?  Thanks.
