Micro-Emacs Badly Damaged

Although I don't like to broadcast, I haven't been able to get through to
to the poster of the AT micro-emacs.  It was a very large file and got
truncated here.  It also was missing some lines in main.c

Perhaps the poster could try again with 64K max files.  Using shar to build
the archives would be nice.  Thanks.
