Need PD LEX and YACC sources

Wanted:

Sources (in C) for LEX and YACC preferably public domain, but willing
to pay if necessary (within reason).   

If any kind soul out there has PD versions of the above could they please
e-mail them to me (thfisher at watnot.UUCP) or tell me where I can purchase
them. I am in desperate need.
