SIMCGA (uuencoded)

The uuencoded archive SIMCGA posted recently has a couple of glitches in it.
I have tried downloading it several times using a variety of methods,  but
always get two header errors:  one of which is in simcga.com,  rendering the
package useless.  As this could be of great use to me I would greatly
appreciate a reposting.   Thanx in advance...
