Helios C and Transputer in IBM AT

I have just obtained Helios C for a B400 board in an IBM AT.  Helios has a
ANSI C compiler however the documentation does not mention video ROM access,
i.e. INT86() int21 Turbo C.  Help is requested, as I need to drive the
EGA directly.
