"Software Engineering in C" by Peter Darnell & Phillip Margolis,
Springer-Verlag, ISBN 0-387-96574-2 or 3-540-96574-2

There are appendices describing the ANSI C runtime library, syntax,
implementation limits and the differences between ANSI and K&R C.

It would also make a great text for a college course, IMHO.
