Unfortunately I had bad luck with the 3B/Journal publication!  First of
all from the one issue I did get it wasn't worth the $25.00/yr ($5.00
per issue -- you're paying for the paper they print it on).  I decided
to subscribe to this publication, back last year around April/May 1987.
I paid my $25.00 via Mastercard, and received the first issue in
July (July/August bimonthy issue).  The journal had 30 pages, with 20%
being advertisements.  That didn't bother me all that much, as long 
as the rest of it had some content (which in my opinion it didn't).

I didn't receive any publications for 6 months, and then I remembered
about it.  I called them and their number was changed.  After finally
tracking them down, I found out they moved and they were a little
behind on the publications, but the promised me that the Nov/Dec issue
would be coming soon.  I still haven't receive any new issues.  I wrote 
attmail!alpha!jou and attmail!alpha!plo (Paul Owens) wrote back.  He
said that he apologized about the delays and the issues should be 
coming real soon.  This was back in January.  It's now March.  I just
wrote and CANCELLED my subscription wanting a FULL REFUND of $25.00.
They have no right in holding my money for over a year with just
one issue!!

I don't RECOMMEND this Journal at all.  Be warned.
