This is the last article in Volume 21 of the newsgroup comp.std.unix
and the mailing list std-unix at uunet.uu.net.  Volume 22 will start soon.

These volumes are purely for administrative convenience.  Please feel
free to continue any previous discussion and to start any new ones.

Incidentally, apologies for the lack of postings this week, due to a
large stack of other things to do when I got back into town, and some
weird glitches in the Internet Domain Name System.
