I don't know about Franz Lisp, but there's a copy of Kyocerra Common
Lisp (not sure about spelling) on osu-cis. I'm not a lisp user, so I don't
know what kinds of differences you may encounter, but the KCL package is
HUGE, so I can't imagine anything (including the kitchen sink :-) having
been left out. If it's a matter of dialects, who knows? (I hope you have
plenty of disk space :-)
