Hi gang,
Well it is that time of year again... Does anybody know of a way
to patch smgr and/or the kernel to reflect Uncle Sam's most recent
ideas of what days we should start/quit saving our daylight time?
Doing it manually as suggested by the addendum in the 3.51 release
seems rather un-Unix-like. Ideally, there could be an /etc file
where one could list the begin and end dates.
