99 pin connector for unix-pc bus

I know this has come up before, but has anyone ever found a source
for those 99 pin connectors on the expansion bus?  96 pins are so
close, but so far away...  Note: we've looked in obvious places, like
the AMP catalog.  I'd hate to try gluing three 33 pin inline strips!
