MDA Control Fail:04

      Greetings :

      As some of you may recall, last week I asked the net to
      help me with a parity problem I was experiencing on my
      PC 6300. I am pleased to report I got lots of helpful
      information on how to make that annoyance go away.

      This weeks problem:

      What does the message "MDA Control Fail:04" mean and how 
      can I fix it?
