Menu/forms package for PC

   Hi All!

     I have a ATT 6300 running MS-DOS and I am looking for a software
   package that will allow one to create and manage menus and forms from
   within  a C program.  I know there must be thousands of such packages 
   out there.

     Anyone have any recommendations?
