ST4096 & 3B2

	Yes...we tried an ST4096 with a 3b2-400 (should work same as 3b2-310)
	and NO...it didn't work.  We used idtools (devtools) and it was unable
	to write/format the bad block map or the physical descriptor sector.

	We had talks back and forth between WESTOR (in Lousiville) where we
	got the drive, and AT&T DSO in Englewood.  No one had a solution, we
	ended up taking the drive back to WESTOR.  We tried this because the
	CDC drive died, and WESTOR couldn't fix it.
