3B2-310/600 Memory Compatibility

I am interested in the possibility of adding a small amount
of memory to a 3B2/600.  Do used boards exist?
Does the same board fit a 600, 310 ? (Probably not?)

I do not want to go to AT&T and mortgage the building for two
megs of ram.

Any suggestions?
