The reason for 3B1 clockupd.wk

The reason for clockupd.wk is that the O/S keeps track of (in
theory at least) the changes between daylight and standard time.
The clock chip itself does not now about time changes. The date
command sets both the in-RAM O/S time and the RTC clock chip.
Unfortunately... virtually every 3B1/7300 that I have ever seen
gains about 30 seconds per week on the O/S clock. The RTC chip
itself keeps pretty good time, but clockupd.wk hoses the accuracy.
