AT&T 6300 questions

	Greetings,

	I have inherited an AT&T 6300 with a 640k motherboard and a
	hard disk.

	Would an IBM-XT compatible memory expansion card with 256k RAM
	chips allow me to configure a RAM disk?

	What are the switch setting options for the DIP switch on the
	disk controller card?
