Handling more the 1 HD controller in AT&T 6300+

I would like to add a second controller to handler a third hard disk.

Currently I have a WD1002 handling to 20M seagates.  I would like
to get a 2nd WD1002/3 to handle a third miniscribe 72M drive.  What
hardware and software considerations should I be worried about?
