3.51m Kernel on 3.5 system?

I'm running Unix 3.5 on my 3b1.

Can I use the 3.51m kernel objects from OSU-CIS to link a 3.51m kernel
and then run it on my 3b1? Or do I need more than just the 3.51m kernel
objects?
