take and put commands on 3B2/300

  I need help on the take command on 3B2/300. I have just found out
that the take command only works for those files I got through e-mail.
All other text files wilhave trouble with the take command. I can use
the take command to which was saved on the remote computer
through e-mail. With other text files created by emacs on the remote
computer can not be transfered without press the delete key, and
symboles ~> were added at the end of the last text line in the local
copy of the file on my 3B2/300 computer and also another line,
remote_sys_name%~>, would be added at the bottom in the local copy.

  Can anyone give me some adivices? Thanks a lot.
