shadow password file (SPR 5018)

SPR 5018 has been opened in request that Pyramid incorporate a Shadow
password file in 4.4 or 5.0. This currently has a low priority on pyramids list.
If you would like to add your name to the list of systems that think this
should have a higher priority send your system number and the name of the
system administrator to kerr at oodis01.af.mil.
