Need gated for Pyramid 9805 w/OSx4.4c

I need gated for installation on a Pyramid 9805 running OSx4.4c.

I obtained the current version of "gated" from DEVVAX.TN.CORNELL.EDU,
in the anonymous FTP directory pub/gated/gated-2.0.1.2.tar.Z but the
compiler immediated halted, claiming it couldn't find memory.h.  I ran
lint on it and found numerous other errors, indicating rather serious
incompatibilities with Pyramid's compiler and/or libraries.
