Implementing RFC1179, Line Printer Protocol

Has anyone implemented the Line Printer Daemon as described in RFC1179 on
Pyramids to enable the ATT printer system to talk rlpdaemons on HP's etc.

If no-one has done this is the source around for this on other platforms 
that could be ported to the Pyramid ??
