CD-WORM / ROM

I am looking to hear from anyone who has had luck in using a CD WORM / ROM
on a MIServer. I would as much information as you can possibly give, make
model, costs & requirements. This information is not for myself, even though
we are a Pyramid site, it is for someone else who does not get e-mail yet.
