3.2 Power Series Login Bug

We have discovered a bug in 3.2 that affects logins on Power
Series multiprocessor systems. It seems that systems with 
multiple CPU's that have continuous jobs running in the 
background constantly (ours is doing molecular modelling)
can fail to permit the login process to complete on the 
console, apparently due to the process required for the
login not always being guaranteed to run on CPU 0. SGI's
answer for this was to back out to 3.1G. We installed 3.2
twice on this machine already, and someday get to do it
again. I'm ticked!
