Dials & button boxes

G'day,
 
We just got a bunch of 4D's with dial and button boxes. Apparently,
none of the standard demos uses either the dial or button boxes.
Has anyone got a piece of code that uses either one of both that you
can email me so that I can test the hardware for acceptance?
