Xw toolkit

[Ramani Pichumani]

I've recently started programming with the Xt widget set our PI but
noticed that the libXw.a file is conspicuously missing from /usr/lib in
Irix 3.2.  Is this library normally shipped with the X11 environment? 
All the other X libraries seem to be there.
