The ESDI version will perform better than our SCSI on your current machine.
(We're making SCSI faster, but it's not there yet on Professional and Power
Series machines. New Personal Iris' have pretty fast SCSI hardware today.)

OK, OK, no warnings this time. 3.2 knows about the 2263, the Imprimis
and others. Personally, I think you would be best getting the Hitachi
780 for performance reasons.
I have actually not used the 'other' feature in fx. I either create the
correct entry (Having source is nice that way.) or modify one that has
similar parameters simply because it is easier.
But you really should buy it from us..... :{)
