Multi-processing on SGI 4D/240

Hello all,

	I am looking for a good intro to multi-processing on the SGI
4D/240 soon to be a 4D/280.  I need a good intro using C and Fortran.
I haved looked through the manuals that came with the machine and
there pertty bad.  Any ideas of where I can get some good info will
be of great help.
