wsh question

Does anyone know a way to tell wsh to pass the Page Up/Down, Home and
End keys to the application is there is no scroll bar on the window?
I'm running Emacs through wsh with -r0 (saves no lines that have scrolled
and eliminates the scroll bar) but something, (I assume wsh) is intercepting
these keys because Emacs isn't getting them. I've also tried the -Z5 switch
of wsh, but that has the same behavior.
On a somewhat related note, can I make the Alt keys into Meta keys somehow?
If not, how come only the right Alt key seems to generate anything. The left
Alt key just makes the keyboard beep every other time it is pressed with another
key, but doesn't send any characters. This doesn't agree with what is in the
manual "Using the GL/DGL interfaces", Appendix A. Textport and Keyboard Data.
(BTW, why are the wsh escape sequences in an appendix to the Graphics library
manual? Am I the only one who thinks this is an inappropriate (read stupid)
place to put them?
I'm using a 4D/20 under Irix 3.2.1
