help install libg++.a

[Jit Keong Tan]

I am trying to install gnu c++ class library but I failed in the
stage 'make tests'.  The message is,

ld:
Undefined:
__DTOR_LIST__
__CTOR_LIST__
*** Error code 1

Did I miss any library ?
