Plot10 (x y plotting routines) availability?

I have gotten a request from an SGI user (who doesn't do news) for a copy of the 
Plot10 routines (a set of X Y plotting routines) on the IRIS. 
 A public domain or commercial version would be
fine.  Does anyone know if its available?
