Need #define HAVE_GETWD in site.h for emacs 18.55 on IRIX 3.x

For SGI IRIX 3.x, after the selection of the proper s- and m- files
in the site.h file, one also needs a #define HAVE_GETWD statement;
otherwise temacs dies with a stack overflow/swap space exhausted.
