(excuse the delays, i've been "gone"...)
as the author of snapshot, i can't say i've ever heard of the behavior
yer experiencing regarding not being able to select any menu options.
so are you saying that when you try to pick any of the following:
"Save as snap.rgb"
"New file name"
"Ipaste snap.rgb"
"Save and Exit"
"Exit"
there is never any change in high-light indicating which menu item you
currently are sitting on top of?, or that there is the high-light
changing going on, but that when you select whichever item, nothing
happens? or ....? what kind of machine is this--VGX?, [turbo] PI?,
GT[X], or G?
i am hesitant to say the message in yer SYSLOG about late collision
has any bearing on what yer experiencing w/snapshot. if you can provide
more details this wud be helpful. also if you have more than one 4D
machine it wud be interesting to know if this happens on each one or
just on one specific machine.
