Access IRIS from PC problem

Is there a way to make a 210 address the com ports at higher speeds than 9600? 
I have Macs and DOS machines that can do 38400, and that
would help alot with some serial transfers that happen (when one isn't rich
enough for a local ethernet, or boards for all of our boxes).
