serial line again

[Brent Bates ViGYAN AAD/TAB]

   I am using a Kurta digitizing tablet on our 4D/340 VGX at 19200 Baud
with no problems (now!).  Baud rate was never one of my problems, but
I had plenty of others to take its place.
