MH6.7 for IRIX?

Here's the config file we use.  You might also need to change
a couple include files (local.h and strings.h come to mind).

I've put a compiled source tree, including formatted man pages 
(awf can't handle these), out for anonymous ftp.

	 fresnel.stanford.edu: pub/4D/mh6.7-a-3.3.1.tar.Z.
