leftover console csh

      NO! You are definitley not the only ones experiencing this
      problem.  I have seen it since installing 3.3.1.  I called
      SGI on it and got no where.  This is really a problem on
      systems with users logging in and out all day long.  
      We are using csh here at FERMI.
