Fast(38400 baud) kermit available

I have a hacked kermit that will run at 38400 baud available on my
anon ftp here at karron.med.nyu.edu.

I it fully optimized (-O3) and lots of the ifdefs for other machines have
been removed.

It makes checking out high speed peripherals much easier.
