vt100 and tn3270 emulation on 3130's

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a vt100 and a tn3270
emulation package available for the 3130's.  I know about the tn3270 package
that is available for the 4D's, but some people here at ASU would like to have 
vt100 and tn3270 emulation capability on their 3130's.  I know that this is a 
strange request for a graphics workstation to emulate a terminal, but if anyone
could send me some information it would be greatly appreciated.
