Is C++ available?

AT&T C++ 2.1 is not "officially supported" on the SGI and there are some
elements which  must be tweaked in order to get the system to build properly.
If you purchase C++ from AT&T with source you should be able to compile
the 'munch' version for any SGI.  I have no direct experience with compiling
g++ on SGI workstations, but would expect it to be no more difficult than
any other SysV Unix(tm) machine.
