Group problems...

IRIX (unlike some of the BSD variants I have used) requires you log onto
the group with the 'newgrp' command.  This _may_ be a security 'feature',
but has hit us here before....  There is also a command to log onto multiple
groups (mgroup or multgrps?)- check for man pages.
