third-party maintenance

Could someone please provide the names of vendors for hardware-only
maintenance for the SGI 4d/25g?  Any comments about quality of 
service, etc. would also be appreciated.  I don't imagine that 
third-party software maintenance would be possible but that is
a minor consideration for us.
